The Nyanne III mixed-use building was designed by Livermore A&E in tandem with developer Roslyn Hill in Portland’s Alberta Arts District.
The building’s pre-engineered metal frame provided significant cost savings and helped to create the urban industrial look that directly responds to the historical context of the surrounding Alberta streetscape. While corrugated metal panels and exposed steel stairs reinforce this industrial look on the exterior, rich wood cabinetry and stained concrete floors provide a comfortable counterpoint within its retail and residential loft spaces.
