Livermore Architecture & Engineering was brought into the project by the Gravity Company in June of 2021 and completed permit, bid and construction ready construction documents by 1 August 2021. LAE designed the project to be consistent with Lincoln’s Vitrine Design prototype. We adjusted the standard design, which was intended for ground-up construction, around the client’s existing fleet sales building.
LAE is currently working the project through the City of Portland’s online permitting process. As of this writing, the structural permit has been approved for intake, a process that has typically taken two months. The electrical and mechanical permits are through the intake process and awaiting plan review.
