Livermore Architecture & Engineering has performed a number of interior alterations that has allowed Bridgetown Natural Foods to update and expand their food production process. Improvements include seismic anchorage of new equipment, new equipment platforms, proprietary washable suspended ceilings, and numerous other improvements to daily operations. As a food facility, details for cleanliness and washability were required to be incorporated into the design.
These improvements were phased into manageable projects that limited production shutdowns during the building process. Although this required multiple construction sets and permits, it gave the owner flexibility to complete the renovations in a way that minimized the impact on their daily food production.
