Bridgetown Natural Foods – Tennessee

Livermore Architecture & Engineering designed this $78MM major snack food manufacturing facility for long-time client Bridgetown Natural Foods. The project consisted of a full interior build out in an existing concrete tilt-up building with approximately 20,000 SF of administrative offices and employee facilities, 170,000 SF of production, 105,000 SF of warehouse, and 11,000 SF of maintenance/utility. The building features a large daylit breakroom with high ceilings and a training rooms with movable partitions.

LAE worked closely with the client’s project manager/process engineering lead to develop a design on a fast-paced schedule. Production areas include features for best practices of food facilities including washable finishes.

LAE provided architecture and structural engineering for the project and coordinated with MEP and Process engineers.
