Lance joined Livermore Architecture & Engineering in the fall of 2019 having prospered in architecture in Arizona. Lance’s experience transverses a wide range of project types. He has been the project architect on over 4 million square feet ($800 million) of construction.

Lance has strong experience in achieving entitlements. For one 30-month time frame his workload included a string of 24 plus projects resulting in zoning approvals. His ultimate goal is having a happy client and achieving their vision.

As a senior project manager, he leads architectural programming, schematic design, consultant coordination, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Lance’s ultimate goal is having a delighted client achieve the physical manifestation of their vision.

If he is not working, Lance can usually be found building a new piece of furniture, tinkering around his house, spending time with his family, or reading a good book.
