Livermore Architecture & Engineering integrates Architectural Design with Structural Engineering to deliver creative, cost effective, and high performance solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
Livermore Architecture and Engineering (LAE), established in 2000, was born out of Gary Livermore’s commitment to both architecture and engineering. Over the years, LAE has quickly made its mark in Oregon and throughout the United States as an effective commercial and industrial building design firm. LAE has since grown to be a curated group of highly skilled and respected professionals led by Gary Livermore, the founder and dually licensed architect and structural engineer, and Geoff Grummon-Beale, the firm’s co-owner and Principal Architect.

You won’t be a name in a database to us. With only a staff of ten people, LAE can give each client the personal attention they deserve. Even though we are small, we’re licensed in over 20 states, working in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We can optimize the unique and complementary talents of our staff so that we can bring a robust and streamlined service without any of the fluff or bureaucracy that larger firms bring.
