Senior Project Manager
Lance joined Livermore Architecture & Engineering in the fall of 2019. He has worked in architecture for over 20 years practicing in Illinois and Arizona. His commercial experience includes a large range of commercial projects including aircraft hangars, FBOs, MROs, automotive repair facilities, financial institutions, MOBs, medical office tenant improvements, office buildings, government, K-12, higher education, athletic clubs, automotive dealerships, car washes, franchise restaurants, local restaurants, pubs, night clubs, manufacturing facilities, standalone retail shops, retail tenant improvements and religious work. His residential experience includes designing high-end custom residences, track housing and multi-family condominium projects. Lance has experience is the development of master plans for several small airports, retail centers and industrial complex. In addition, his experience includes preparing expert analysis reports for construction, engineering and design cases.
Lance has strong experience in achieving Use Permits and Zoning Variances. For one 30-month time frame his workload included a string of 24 plus projects resulting in zoning approvals. His ultimate goal is having a happy client and achieving their vision.
As a senior project manager, he is responsible for leading architectural programming, schematic design, consultant coordination, design development, construction documents and construction administration.
